Travel Grants Application

This form must be filled out and approval received from the APS in order to be eligible for up to $500 travel reimbursement. If your application is approved, the APS will provide funding up to $500 for the minority speaker listed in your application. Please note that submitting this application form does not guarantee reimbursement. You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of this application whether or not it has been approved.
