Free Circulation at IUPAP-Sponsored Meetings

(Adopted by Council on April 25, 1992)

The Council of the American Physical Society affirms that all international scientific meetings should be conducted in accordance with IUPAP-ICSU guidelines including free entry, exit and circulation of all participants without political conditions and asks that organizers of such meetings include a statement to this effect in all meeting announcements.
