Meeting Registration

Boston Convention & Exhibition Center
You may register for the March Meeting at the APS Registration Desk in the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center beginning February 26.  The Registration Desk is on the Exhibit Hall level in the East Registration area.  If you are presenting an abstract at an 8:00 a.m. session, do not wait until that morning to register.

Joining APS
APS members receive substantial registration discounts compared to non-members. If you need to reinstate your membership, or would like to join APS, you can do so when you register for the Meeting.

International Visitors

Members of APS Reciprocal Societies
Members of APS Reciprocal Societies may register on-site in Boston.

Cancellation Policy

If you needed to cancel your registration, you must have done so in writing (emails accepted). Written cancellations must have been received by APS by February 24, 2012. All cancellations are assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for canceling.
