March Meeting in Pittsburgh
APS invites you to attend the 2009 March Meeting in Pittsburgh, PA. Pittsburgh is a city in revival and has a beautiful, new, "green" convention center, David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The city has many fine restaurants and shops within walking distance of most of the hotels.
The March Meeting headquarters hotel is the Westin Convention Center Hotel, which is connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center by a skywalk.
Scientific sessions for the March Meeting will be held at the convention center. All non-technical APS-sponsored and satellite meetings will take place at the Westin. Bussing will be provided to the convention center from all hotels not within walking distance.
